Personal Statement

I have close to twenty years of experience working within the health and fitness industry. My breadth of experience ranges from instructing clients within the gym environment, teaching group exercise classes, strength and conditioning coaching with elite level athletes, and delivering sports science testing programmes to professional footballers.

A former national-level platform diver, I am now a keen triathlete and marathon runner. As a level three tutor with Fitness Training Scotland, my main goals are to use my breadth of experience and my medical training to ensure that the next generation of personal trainers start their journey with a strong foundation.
